WVLAP provides free legal representation nationwide to women and women identifying veterans who are filing for VA disability compensation or appealing claims for conditions related to military sexual trauma (MST).

We will review your case and provide you with a free attorney if you meet all the following criteria:

• You are a veteran,
• You have an Honorable, General Under Honorable Conditions Discharge, or Uncharacterized discharge,
• You have a service-related disability or illness.
