Christopher J. Tyson

Christopher Tyson, Attorney at Duane Morris and retired U.S. Navy officer, has a passion for representing U.S. military veteran clients. He has worked at the Court of Appeals of Veterans Claims and currently serves as one of two chairs of the firm’s military discharge upgrade practice groups.

Tyson works alongside Samantha Stiltner here in the TVC. Samantha says, “It has been an honor and a privileged working with Chris on the Pop Up Legal Clinics and now at The Veterans Pro Bono Legal Clinic at the DC VA.  Chris’ passion for helping veterans is quickly apparent and his enthusiasm for these types of projects is contagious.  The work he has put into making these types of endeavors successful is immeasurable and we at The Veterans Consortium are thankful for his continued commitment to our veterans.”

Tyson received his Bachelors in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and his Masters in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, prior to receiving his law degree from George Mason University
