Gina D’Amico serves as a Deputy Director, Litigation & Case Evaluation & Litigation team at The Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program (TVC).

Gina previously served as a Staff Attorney at TVC. Prior to joining our team, Gina practiced extensively in the areas of general liability, personal injury, property & casualty defense, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation in addition to representing clients in family law and appellate cases early in her career. Gina attended Elmira College where she earned her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude. Gina received her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2011, where she interned with the Honorable Bradford Thomas at Florida’s First District Court of Appeal.

Gina is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, Washington DC, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Gina is a Delaware native and proud sister and granddaughter to two U.S. Navy service members including a WWII Veteran and Navy Corpsman.
