The Veterans Consortium's Discharge Upgrade Program provides free legal representation nationwide to veterans with Other Than Honorable discharges due to conduct related to:

• Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
• Military Sexual Trauma (MST) (survivor of military sexual trauma with a mental health diagnosis)
• Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)

PLEASE NOTE: Veterans with a General ‘under honorable conditions’ discharge usually do not qualify for our representation unless they are a survivor of military sexual trauma with a mental health diagnosis.
