Dania Y. Lofton serves as a Staff Attorney with the Discharge Upgrade Program, sponsored by the DAV Charitable Service Trust at The Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program (TVC).

Dania brings a deep commitment to justice and public service through her diverse experience in public policy, veterans law, and immigration law. Prior to joining the team, she served as a dedicated pro bono attorney with The Veterans Consortium and other community organizations, advocating for veterans underserved communities with compassion and expertise. She holds a J.D. from Ohio Northern University – Pettit College of Law, an M.P.A from Columbus State University, and a B.A. in English and B.A. in Spanish from Tennessee State University. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia Bar and accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to represent veterans. Her work reflects a strong dedication to advancing equitable legal outcomes, particularly for individuals navigating complex systems of care and support. Dania continues to champion the rights of vulnerable populations with a focus on client-centered advocacy.
