Hayley grew up in Northern Virginia and is a graduate of University of Maryland, College Park (B.A. 2019) and University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law (J.D. 2023). While in law school, Hayley worked as a student attorney at her law school’s Gender, Prison, and Trauma Clinic and interned with various legal nonprofits around the DMV. Prior to joining TVC, Hayley served as a law clerk for Judge Cathy Serrette at the Prince George’s County Circuit Court, where she worked on a variety of family, civil, and criminal cases.
