Hayley Wolf, Esq.

Hayley Wolf serves as a staff attorney for The Veterans Consortium’s Legal Assistance Programs. In her current role, Hayley works with The Veterans Consortium's Women Veterans Legal Assistance Program (WVLAP), where she assists women veterans, who are survivors of Military Sexual Trauma (MST), with their claims for VA disability compensation. She also works with our Veterans Naturalization Assistance Program (VNAP), which assists veterans who are applying for U.S. citizenship through their military service.
Hayley is a graduate of University of Maryland, College Park (B.A. 2019) and University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law (J.D. 2023). While in law school, Hayley represented survivors of gender-based violence as a student attorney at her law school’s Gender, Prison, and Trauma Clinic and interned with various legal nonprofits around the DMV. Prior to joining TVC, Hayley served as a judicial law clerk at the Prince George’s County Circuit Court, where she worked on a variety of family, civil, and criminal cases. She is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC). Hayley is also a VA accredited attorney.
