Nicholas Sweitzer joined the team in July 2022. He recently relocated to our nation’s capital from sunny San Diego, California. Prior to his time at TVC, Nick served as the Customer Experience Specialist for Biocept Laboratories – an accredited lab specializing in leading molecular diagnostic assays testing for invasive cancers in blood and cerebral spinal fluid. In the wake of the COVID pandemic, Biocept repurposed their lab to also offer PCR testing for COVID-19 for numerous skilled-nursing facilities and California community colleges. For a year, Nick served as the primary contact for COVID-19 services, sales, and logistics.

Nick received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of California, Santa Barbara. As an undergraduate, Nick worked as a campus lifeguard, an American Red Cross instructor, and as a liaison on UCSB Associated Students’ Human Rights Board.

In August 2022, Nick will begin his post-graduate studies at American University’s School of International Service, where he will work to earn a Master of Arts in International Peace and Conflict Resolution.
