Samantha Farish, Esq.

Samantha Farish serves as an attorney at The Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program (TVC). She began as a 2018-2019 Fellow in the Veterans Legal Corps, sponsored by AmeriCorps and Equal Justice Works. She is currently an Equal Justice Works Fellow sponsored by Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Samantha works with TVC’s Case Evaluation team to screen cases pending before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims for potential placement with a pro bono attorney. She also provides direct representation to veterans when the Court decides to return the Veteran’s case to the VA.

Samantha is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University (B.S. 2014) and The George Washington University Law School (J.D. 2018). While a student in law school, Samantha was an extern for TVC where she was given the opportunity to develop her case screening techniques. She volunteered at Paralyzed Veterans of America during her final year of law school and successfully won her first case on an appeal to the Board of Veterans Appeals. Prior to beginning her work as a Fellow for TVC, she was a student attorney for the D.C. Law Students in Court Civil Division.
