Caitlin Ens serves as a Staff Attorney at The Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program, where she analyzes incoming cases for potential placement with volunteer attorneys. She recently passed the July 2019 Uniform Bar Exam and was barred in June 2020.
Caitlin is a graduate of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University (J.D., magna cum laude and Environmental Law Certificate) and Rutgers University, The State University of New Jersey (B.S.). In law school, she participated in the Environmental Litigation Clinic, where she gained litigation skills through a mock trial and further developed her public speaking skills. As a summer associate at a litigation firm, Caitlin performed complex legal research, engaged clients and opposing counsel to negotiate and settle cases, and drafted pleadings and substantive motions in state and federal court and arbitration forums. She was also a legal intern in the Office of Compliance and Enforcement at Legal Services Corporation.
Prior to law school, Caitlin was a staff scientist at an environmental consulting firm, where she was involved in site investigation and remediation of contaminated lands in New Jersey.
